Description
Sealing/punching unit for foil lids from reel.
Available as independent unit or to be integrated to existing filling lines either rotary or linear.
Solid stainless steel and anodized aluminum anticorodal structure.
Film length unwinding controlled by timer or photocell (manual in the counter model).
Sealing system with progressive compensation device (calibrated springs).
Quick-change tooling and sealing plate.
Electrical control panel complete with temperature and time control and mini-PLC (when not available on the main line).
The quick release for the positioning of the film reels allows to minimize the stopping time of the machine for replacement.
Also available in vacuum/gas version.
