Description
Electro-pneumatic linear conveyor for filling and closing cans, cups, jars and bottles, the basic equipment includes:
- Manual loading area.
- Customized augers for precise stop of the containers under the dosing/screwing station.
- Sensors for the consent to the filling operation.
- Manual positioning of caps.
- Screwing system (if present).
- Sensors for the consent to the screwing operation.
- Manual unloading area.
- Complete electrical control panel with micro PLC.
The great versatility of the system allows the installation of:
- single/double/triple dosing units for semi-liquid and creamy products (with or without inclusions).
- Simple or jacketed hoppers with mixer and level control.
- Screwing system.
- Loading and unloading rotating tables.
- Ink jet coder, shrinking tunnels for sleevers or induction tunnels for caps with integrated foil membranes.
- Labelers.
